Only a few masters possess the skills required to bake Linkosuo's crunchy dried rye bread Varrasleipä. At Linkosuo's baking ovens in Mannakorpi in Kangasala, this knowledge has been known since 1960. The natural taste of real sourdough and rye as well as crunchiness and a lot of dietary fiber is the secret behind the bread's great popularity. Varrasleipä is baked on trendy whole grain rye - one hundred percent.
This bread is quite fragile and can break in transport, we can not replace it if it is just broken. We suggest a local pickup if possible.
